Today we finished re-roofing the shed/cottage, which has not been easy, considering the amount
of rain we've had.
Tomorrow, taking a day for rest, then finish building the new floor and start painting the interior.

Got a lot done yesterday.
Seeds planted, 4 sections of fence up and
gate installed.
Today we continue working in the yard.
More seeds to plant and three planting shelves
to build on the side porch.
Cooler today. High 59, but will be pleasant
for the work at hand.
This evening a college class comes to
see our house and talk about living a
mythic life. We'll read from some of
our books.

Garden work is going fine. LOTS of leaves raked up and out of the way.
The art doors are moved to a corner of the garden fence;
straight, square &, and plumb.
Periods of cookie eating and coffee sipping between tasks.

Just got back from buying 37 plants,
so of course tonight it's going down to
32 degree here. :-)
Tonight they will live on our sealed
porch and stay warm.
Plenty to still do in the garden.
Also building the framework to
go around a mold-form pond,
so that it can have a bench/shelf
to go around 3 sides of it.
Ah, spring.

Well, didn't make that walk, but did manage
to get to the bookstore and cafe.
Bought three books and a 15 CD audio book
for $29. Had a grilled cheese sandwich with
Dijon mustard and tomato, chips, and coffee.
Also looked through our own new book, that
arrived just before we headed out.
